Guy Sebastian, widely recognized as a coach on “The Voice Australia,” initially captivated audiences by clinching the first-ever Australian Idol title in 2003. Since then, he has enjoyed a flourishing career, releasing ten Australian albums that soared into the top ten (with three reaching the number one spot) and 14 singles that also made the top ten (including six number ones). In 2015, he made history as Australia’s inaugural representative at Eurovision, where he performed “Tonight Again” and secured a commendable fifth place.

Beyond his musical achievements, Sebastian has also made his mark as a host on “X-Factor Australia” across several seasons and joined “The Voice Australia” as a coach in 2019. That same year, he was honored as a Member of the Order of Australia for his contributions to music and charitable efforts.

A heartwarming moment unfolded right here when Sebastian visited the St Joan of Arc Catholic Primary School Choir, who were rehearsing his song “Choir” from his 2019 album. Surprising them mid-performance, Sebastian’s impromptu entrance was a delightful shock to the students, who eventually joined in. He later performed “Standing With You,” a touching ballad about offering support to those feeling lost, moving both the children and viewers alike.

Many fans were impressed with both Sebeastian’s exceptional voice, and how he wholesomely interacted with the children.

In a throwback to 2008, Sebastian toured Australia with the legendary MGs, featuring Steve Cropper, Donald ‘Duck’ Dunn, and Steve Potts. This collaboration, reminiscent of The Blues Brothers due to The MGs’ involvement in the iconic film, showcased a dynamic performance of “Gimme Some Lovin’” by The Spencer Davis Group. This tour followed the creation of “The Memphis Album” (2007) in Memphis, Tennessee, further highlighting Sebastian’s versatile talent and his journey alongside musical giants.
