Kelly Clarkson Honors “White Christmas” With A Dazzling Take On “Sisters”

Kelly Clarkson brought old Hollywood glamour to her show with a dazzling performance of “Sisters” during the beloved “Kellyoke” segment. Joined by backup singer Jessi Collins, she paid homage to the classic number from White Christmas, recreating the iconic scene with matching blue gowns and elegant feathered fans.
Her rich vocals and effortless charm transported the audience back to the golden age of musicals, making the moment both nostalgic and fresh. Fans couldn’t get enough of the stunning tribute, proving once again that Kelly can take any song and make it shine in her own unique way.
“Sisters, sisters, there were never such devoted sisters/ Never had to have a chaperone, no sir/ I’m here to keep my eye on her/ Caring, sharing, every little thing that we are wearing/ When a certain gentleman arrived from Rome/ She wore the dress, and I stayed home,” the two sang in perfect harmony.
Midway through the performance, two male members of Clarkson’s band, Y’All, playfully grabbed the singers’ fans and joined in on the fun. Channeling the charm of Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye from the classic film, they danced and lip-synced with over-the-top enthusiasm. As the crowd cheered, all four performers wrapped up the number with a smooth soft-shoe routine.
The revival also received numerous positive comments. A viewer online wrote, “I had my doubts- after all we are talking about an iconic Christmas classic with the legendary Rosemary Clooney- one of the GREAT vocalists of the 20th century. But I must admit I think Rosemary would be pleased by this homage.”
