Everyone Gets Goosebumps By Innocent Masuku’s Breathtaking Performance Of “Nessun Dorma”
“Nessun Dorma” echoed once more from the Britain’s Got Talent stage as Innocent Masuku delivered the famous aria in his final performance.
After his spine-tingling rendition of Hans Zimmer’s “Now We Are Free” from Gladiator secured him a spot in the finale, Masuku has again captivated the nation with this powerful aria.
Masuku sang a famous song from Puccini’s opera “Turandot” with great skill and presence. He performed an impressive rendition of the chorus “Vincero,” which is part of the aria “Nessun Dorma,” and received enthusiastic applause from the audience.
Prepare yourself to be amazed by his show-stopping rendition of ‘Nessun dorma’ in the video below:
Judge Bruno Tonioli shed tears for this moving performance. “We have to start with Bruno because he was crying like a baby,” host Ant McPartlin even teased him, “Can you speak?”
“I am a mess!” Bruno admitted, wiping away tears. “You know why… This really is the gold standard for tenors.”
“It means so much and it’s not just about hitting the notes,” Bruno explained. “It’s about conveying the meaning which in Italian really is all about hope, determination, being fearless, about embracing your destiny, being unstoppable.”
Directly addressing Masuku, he added, “Honey, you are unstoppable, after this performance. You’ve got it.”
The other judges shared the same sentiment, with popstar Alesha Dixon calling him as“sensational” and “otherworldly”. She said, “Whenever I sit here and listen to you sing I feel like I’m in the presence of greatness, and I feel like I should be bowing down.”
Although Masuku didn’t win the top prize, we believe that he will shine even brighter in the future, and we’re looking forward to seeing more of his spectacular performances.
