Kid Dancers Izzy And Easton Dazzle WOW The AGT Judges With Contemporary Dancing Duet

Frequently, when we think about America’s Got Talent, singing acts often come to mind as the standout performances. Singers like Grace VanderWaal or Jackie Evancho have consistently captivated audiences. However, dancing duo Izzy and Easton from Las Vegas aimed to challenge this notion, proving that talent on the show extends far beyond just singing.

Izzy, 11 years old, and Easton, 14, are best friends who’ve been dancing together for half a decade. Izzy affectionately refers to Easton as her “big brother,” and their tight-knit friendship is evident in their performances. Their connection translates seamlessly into their dancing, showcasing a chemistry that mesmerizes audiences.

Describing their performance as “one of the biggest we’ve ever done,” Easton expressed the magnitude of their audition. Despite their youth, Izzy and Easton’s talent was undeniable as they danced to Fleurrie’s “Soldier,” weaving a poignant narrative of a soldier leaving his younger sister behind for war. Their audition shattered the misconception that young people’s talents are limited by their age. As the saying goes, “if you’re good enough, you’re old enough.”

Julianne Hough, a professional dancer and judge, was thoroughly impressed, commending their decision to compete on the grandest stage. She exclaimed, “I always say if you’re the best in your class, go to another class. You came to the biggest class there is, and you absolutely crushed it.” Even Simon Cowell, known for his blunt critiques, couldn’t deny their prowess, despite his initial skepticism towards contemporary dance. He congratulated Izzy and Easton for delivering an outstanding audition.

Although their journey on the show ended in the next round, this was not the last we saw of the dynamic duo.

After their departure from the show, Izzy and Easton have continued to captivate audiences with their mesmerizing performances. They mainly collaborate with The Rock Center for Dance, a youth-focused company dedicated to nurturing young dancers’ talents. One standout performance in their repertoire is their rendition of “Don’t Give Up On Me” by Andy Grammar. It’s another exquisite display of Izzy and Easton’s athleticism, poise, and professionalism on the dance floor. The song itself beautifully echoes their strong bond as friends, hinting at the remarkable journey ahead for the duo.
