    I would come home from and afternoon shift around 1130 – 2400. Husband and 3 sons would all be watching football and ignore me. I would have something to eat, clean up from the meal I always left for them in the oven, shower get out my clothes if I had an early 0700 shit and come back to the Lounge only to be ignored so I would go to bed leaving his bedside light on. He would come in turnigon the main light Clop around the room talking and clattering around sitting heavily on the ben and off. Finally into bed and go to sleep immediately leaving me to turn off the lights. By this time I would be wide awake. If I have an early morning start I would be lucky to get a couple of hours sleep. I would be exhausted by 1100.
