One of Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice’s most unforgettable performances took place during their routine to “Symphony” by Clean Bandit and Zara Larsson. Partway through, Ayling-Ellis gently placed her hands over Pernice’s ears, and the music faded into silence as they danced on.
