Tap-Dancing Grandmas Leave Judges In Awe On Britain’s Got Talent

Dancing in front of a crowd at around the age of 70 is not something everyone dares to do. However, there are still confident old ladies who showcase their passion.

The Cocooners, a group of elderly ladies who love tap-dancing, captured the hearts of everyone watching the popular talent show Britain’s Got Talent. Michelle, aged 63, Heather, aged 70, Lyn, aged 80, and Maxine, aged 75, took to the stage in their everyday clothes, only to surprise the audience later.

Before their performance began, each of them stood on a platform which then rose a few feet off the ground. Despite this anticipation, no one didn’t know what to expect from the happy seniors.

After the lively and energetic music started playing, much to everyone’s surprise, all four women took off their clothing to reveal stunning shiny silver outfits. They then proceeded to showcase their tap-dancing skills on their individual platforms.

Enjoy the amazing performance in the video below, which has amassed over 7 million views:

The women danced full of energy and speed, captivating the audience. The crowd enthusiastically clapped along with the rhythmic sound of their tap-dancing shoes. None of them missed a beat, and the women maintained beaming smiles throughout their performance. The Cocoons demonstrated that age is no barrier to showcasing their talent, conquering the hearts of both the audience and the judges.

Once the song came to an end, the women struck a pose atop their pedestals. Following their electrifying performance, the judges took their time to shower them with compliments.
Simon Cowell referred to them as “little minxes”, and the crowd continued to cheer in admiration. It came as no surprise when the women received unanimous approval with all four judges saying “yes”.
