Dressed impeccably for his blind audition, Shaney-Lee’s angelic and crystal-clear voice touched the hearts of everyone present in the studio. The performance quickly went viral, garnering a staggering 64 million views on YouTube.

One Facebook viewer wrote, “Adorable boy with a brilliant voice singing my favorite song. Please keep singing and one day you will sing to the world.”

During his audition interview, Shaney-Lee expressed his love for country and Western music, mentioning that he had attended a live performance by Texas country legend Kenny Rogers two years ago.

It is evident that music is deeply ingrained in his upbringing, as he shared, “I listen to music on the radio, at my nan’s house and on YouTube.”

Supporting him wholeheartedly are his parents, Shane and Tamara, who take immense pride in Shaney-Lee’s singing talent. Shane emphasized, “Whenever Shaney-Lee sings it does make you very proud. The places we go, the people we see, they always ask him to sing.”
